Omelet with Corn and Green Onions

A bright omelet with the addition of canned corn and green onions is a simple and tasty dish that is perfect for quick breakfast lovers, because it cooks incredibly quickly.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 80 ml
  • Canned corn – 3 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 2 teaspoon
  • Green onions – 15 g
  • Butter – 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper mixture – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making a spicy omelet with canned corn and green onions.
  2. Drive eggs into a bowl and pour in milk.
  3. Shake the omelet mass with a fork.
  4. Add flour and stir again.
  5. Chop the green onion finely.
  6. Add green onions and canned corn to the egg mixture.
  7. Add spices to taste and stir again with a fork.
  8. Melt the butter over low heat, pour the omelet mixture, cover and fry for 8-9 minutes.
  9. A spicy omelet with canned corn and green onions is ready.
