An appetizing and nutritious breakfast – a juicy omelet in milk with the addition of crab sticks. You should definitely try such an original dish, especially since it is prepared in no time!

Cook: 15 mins

Serving: 2

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks – 100 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 80 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp

    For filling (optional):

  • Green onions – 4-5 feathers (5 g)

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the list.
It is best to choose high quality crab sticks. If the sticks are frozen, you need to get them out of the freezer in advance.
  2. Peel the crab sticks from the original packaging. Cut most of the sticks into small slices. Set aside one or two sticks for serving.
  3. Combine eggs, salt and ground pepper in a deep bowl.
  4. Pour in milk.
  5. Stir with a fork until smooth.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add crab sticks and, stirring occasionally, fry them for about 1.5-2 minutes.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  8. Then reduce heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet for about 5 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  9. Grate the set crab sticks on a fine grater. Rinse green onions, dry and chop finely with a knife.
  10. Remove the finished omelet from the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onions and crab sticks and serve.

    Enjoy your meal!
