Omelet with Dumplings, Cheese and Herbs

An omelet with dumplings, cheese and herbs will appeal to those who value their time and prefer hearty and simple dishes. The dish turns out to be tasty, appetizing and original. Dumplings, loved by many, acquire new flavors thanks to the addition of eggs, herbs and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Frozen dumplings – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 40-50 g
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
  • Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.
    You do not need to defrost the dumplings before cooking.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan and put on heat. When the water boils, add salt.
  3. Boil the dumplings in boiling water for 10 minutes and put them in a colander.
  4. Finely chop the herbs.
  5. Break eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise and herbs. Salt. Beat with a whisk.
  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the dumplings there.
  7. Fill the dumplings with egg mass.
  8. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  9. When the eggs in the pan have slightly grabbed, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with a lid and bring the omelet with dumplings, cheese and herbs until tender (2-3 minutes).
  10. Serve hot omelet with dumplings, cheese and herbs for breakfast. Enjoy your meal!
