Omelet with Mayonnaise and Melted Cheese

To make the omelet, so beloved by many, even tastier is not difficult at all – quite familiar products will help with this. Delicate omelet with cream cheese and mayonnaise is a quick and easy option for a hearty breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Ground black pepper (or other spices of your choice) – a pinch
  • Butter or vegetable oil (for frying) – 10-15 g

Directions

  1. Prepare all required ingredients.
    If desired, butter can be replaced with vegetable oil.
  2. Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add salt.
  4. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Add mayonnaise and spices of your choice. Whisk again.
  5. Add the grated cheese to the egg and mayonnaise mixture. Mix.
  6. Rinse the parsley, dry and chop finely with a knife. Add the parsley to the omelet mixture and beat well with a whisk.
  7. Grease the bottom of a skillet with a piece of butter and heat over medium heat. Then reduce heat to low and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover and fry for about 5-7 minutes, until the egg mixture sets. If desired, turn the omelet with mayonnaise and cream cheese and fry on the other side for about 3-4 minutes
  8. The omelet with mayonnaise and melted cheese is ready to serve.
