  • Semolina – 1 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
  • Ground turmeric – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Ingredients for making an omelet with semolina, cheese and herbs.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper.

  3. Pour in milk.
    Beat the eggs and milk well with a fork or whisk.
  4. Add turmeric and mix well.
  5. Add semolina.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Finely chop the parsley and dill.
    Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  8. Heat a frying pan, add butter and melt. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet with lid and fry omelet with semolina for 5-7 minutes.
  9. When there is no liquid left on the surface of the omelet, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pan with the lid again and cook the omelet for another minute to melt the chees
