Ingredients
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Sour cream – 150 g
Butter – 30 g
Hard cheese – 40 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
For filing (optional):
Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
Directions
We prepare all the necessary products.
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Beat the eggs until smooth with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
Add sour cream, salt and black pepper to the eggs.
Mix everything until smooth.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the omelet mixture into it.
We make the heat to a minimum and cover the pan with a lid. Cooking an omelet with sour cream for 3-5 minutes, until the eggs are completely set.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater
As soon as the omelet mass grasps, sprinkle cheese on its surface and cover again with a lid.
We keep the omelet on the fire for another 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts.A fluffy omelet with sour cream and cheese is ready. We serve the omelet to the table, decorating with parsley leaves if desired.
