Omelette Sandwich

Would you like to surprise your family with an original breakfast? Make a two-in-one dish – an omelet with a full sandwich inside! It turns out satisfying, unusual, and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 60 ml
  • Hard cheese – 40 g
  • Tomato – 1 slice
  • Bread – 1 slice
  • Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Salt to taste
  • Sunflower oil – 1/2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make an omelet sandwich.
  2. Cut the hard cheese into slices, cut a circle from the tomato, also prepare a slice of bread. These are the ingredients of the sandwich that will be inside our future omelet. Optionally, you can add fried mushroom slices, sausage, ham, or other suitable ingredients to the filling.
  3. For the omelet mixture, break the eggs into a bowl.
  4. Pour milk into the eggs and add salt.
  5. Shake eggs and milk with a fork.
  6. Rinse a couple of parsley sprigs, dry, chop, and add to the omelet mixture.
  7. Heat some sunflower oil in a skillet and pour the omelet mixture. Heat the omelet over medium heat until the surface hardens. Important: so that in the future you can wrap a sandwich in an omelet, take a large-dia frying pan so that the area of ​​the omelet is large, and it turns out to be thin.
  8. Place two slices of cheese in the center of the omelet.
  9. Place a slice of bread on top of the cheese.
  10. Place a circle of tomato on the bread.
  11. And cover the tomato with two more slices of cheese.
  12. Cover the sandwich with an omelet on four sides, like an envelope, and heat over medium heat for about 30 seconds.
  13. Then turn the omelet over and toast it for another minute.
  14. An omelet stuffed with a sandwich is ready.
  15. Serve the fancy omelet to the table immediately after cooking.
