  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • 300 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Chop the onion. Clean the spinach.
  2. Put the vegetable stock with the spaghetti, mushrooms, cream and the onion in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. After cooking for 5 minutes, add the broccoli and spinach and continue cooking until the spaghetti is al dente. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
