Ingredients

  • 400 g round beef
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 carrot (s) (approx. 00 g)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 500 ml vegetable stock, instant
  • 250 g pasta, small ones (e.. fork spahetti)
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the mince over high heat until crumbly. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Clean the vegetables, dice the onions finely and the carrots a little larger. Add the onions to the mince and fry them. Add the carrots and sweat a little. Stir in tomato paste and deglaze with the stock. Turn the stove on to medium heat, put a lid on the saucepan and let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, pasta and paprika powder and stir everything well. The pasta should be covered with liquid. Put the lid back on and simmer for 8 minutes. Season to taste with the spices.
  4. Garnish with freshly grated parmesan cheese to serve.
