Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stalk rosemary
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 500 g pasta your choice
  • 500 g forest mushrooms
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 dash vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, garlic and herbs into small pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut into the desired size. Put all ingredients except for the parmesan in a large saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let the One Pot Pasta cook over medium heat with the lid closed for about ten to twelve minutes, stirring frequently. If the liquid is used up before the pasta is done, add a little more stock.
  2. Season the one pot pasta with salt, pepper and paprika powder and serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
