Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp (s) or seafood
  • 200 g Farfalle
  • 200 ml cream
  • 350 ml water
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 g parmesan or other cheese, e.., mozzarella, Emmentaler
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly chilli flakes, chilli peppers or chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. First finely chop the onion and garlic (and possibly the chilli pepper). Halve the tomatoes and grate the cheese.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a large saucepan and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. Add the tomato paste and toast briefly. Deglaze everything with the cream and water and add a teaspoon of salt. Boil.
  3. Put the pasta in the saucepan and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Halfway through the process, add the prawns. As soon as the noodles are firm to the bite, add the spinach. Let it warm up and season with salt, pepper and chilli. When the spinach has thawed, add the tomatoes and 2/3 of the cheese and let them warm up too.
  4. Arrange the one-pot pasta on plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining cheese.
  5. This recipe is super easy and very versatile. The shrimp / seafood can be transformed into a vegetarian variant with delicious vegetables such as zucchini or paprika. The imagination knows no limits!
