One-pot Spaghetti with Spinach

• 70 g spahetti
• 100 ml vegetable stock
• 50 ml cream
• 2 cubes spinach, frozen
• 0.5 ½ onion (s)
• curry powder
• salt
• pepper
• Parmesan

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and sauté in a saucepan, then add the mixed vegetable stock, the cream, the spaghetti and the spinach, bring to the boil and simmer for about 12 minutes until the spaghetti is al dente. Season as needed and top with parmesan.
