Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough, mix the 350 g flour with the packet of dry yeast. Then add a pinch of salt and almost 1/4 liter of warm water. Mix everything together until the dough comes off the edge of the bowl. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and leave in a pan without added fat until the pieces are slightly crispy. Remove the pieces of bacon. Fry the onions, cut into thin rings, in the bacon fat until they are light brown. Then mix the pieces of bacon into the onions.
  3. Puree the canned tomatoes.
  4. Roll out the dough and place on the greased baking sheet. Brush with the tomato puree and spread the onion and bacon mixture on top. Now season vigorously as needed.
  5. Bake the pizza in a hot oven at around 200 ° C for around 20-25 minutes.
  6. The topping can also be prepared 1 day in advance.
