Ingredients

  • 75 g bacon, diced
  • 500 g onion (s), diced
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 125 g butter, cold
  • some cheese, grated to taste
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add the apples and fry lightly.
  2. Prepare a dough with the flour, egg yolk, water, a pinch of salt and butter. Some grated cheese can be incorporated to taste.
  3. Grease the springform pan and line with batter. Pre-bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
  4. Whisk eggs with cream and grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and thyme.
  5. Spread the onion mixture on the base, pour the ice cream over it and bake for 30-45 minutes.
