  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons herb (s) (garden herbs)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, mushrooms and peppers into small pieces.
  2. Put the oil with the squeezed garlic in the pan and add the vegetables. Then fry until the onions are soft and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs.
