Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat (circulating air 180 degrees).
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir with the salt and milk (preferably with a spatula or wooden spoon). Finally stir in the fried onions and bacon.
  3. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. Fits perfectly e.g., for a barbecue evening and the ingredients can be varied.
