Instructions

  1. Sift 500 g flour into a bowl and make a well. Mix 1 cube of fresh yeast with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar (the yeast becomes liquid), add this to the flour. Add 0.5 liters of warm buttermilk and 200 g of fried onions, mix everything with a wooden spoon and pour into a greased loaf pan.
