- 500g flour
- 100 g onion (s) (fried onions)
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Mix all ingredients together. Finally, stop kneading the dough, even if it looks like it`s not done yet. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, so you can better take the bread out of the mold and let the dough fall into it.
- Preheat the oven to 155 degrees and bake the bread on the middle rack for 45 - 50 minutes.
