  • Toast bread – 5 slices
  • Onions – 300 g
  • Hard cheese – 90 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.

  2. Heat 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions over low heat for about 7 minutes, until soft and golden.

  3. Put the fried onions together with the vegetable oil remaining in the pan into a deep bowl, add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of water. Grind with an immersion blender.
