Onion Rings with Cheese

Well, a very simple onion and cheese appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Rusks – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cheese – 30-40 g
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5-1 glass

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into large rings.
  2. Disassemble the onion rings.
  3. Sprinkle the rings with breadcrumbs and salt.
  4. Grate the cheese.
  5. Heat the oil.
  6. Fry the onion rings in portions in oil (7-10 minutes over high heat). Then remove with a slotted spoon.
  7. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese on each portion of fried onion rings. Onion rings with cheese are ready.
