- Peel the onion and cut it into large rings.
- Disassemble the onion rings.
- Sprinkle the rings with breadcrumbs and salt.
- Grate the cheese.
- Heat the oil.
- Fry the onion rings in portions in oil (7-10 minutes over high heat). Then remove with a slotted spoon.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese on each portion of fried onion rings. Onion rings with cheese are ready.
