Instructions

  1. Peel the oranges, remove the skin and cut into 2-3 cm cubes. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Salt and pepper the meat and place in a soaked Roman pot, cover with the orange and onion pieces.
  2. Roast in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 1 hour.
  3. Boil rice in salted water. Cut the meat into slices, serve with oranges, onions and boiled rice.
