Ingredients

  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 ½ bottle chili sauce (not the Asian one, it`s red)
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Depending on your taste, cut the onions into thin rings or into not too small cubes.
  2. Stew in the pan as firm to the bite or soft as desired, then deglaze with the soy sauce. Add the chilli sauce and cream. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve cold or lukewarm with fondue or raclette.
