5 g dry yeast
70 g butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
370-400 g flour For filling:
Fish fillet (salmon in this case) – about 500 gr

Tomatoes

How to make an open fish pie:
Directions
Prepare open pie dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, let it stand for 10-15 minutes until foam forms. Add the egg, melted butter, salt, sugar, flour, knead the elastic dough, and leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
Roll out the dough into a thin circle.
Place the filling 3-4 cm from the edges of the circle.
Close the filling with the edges of the circle, seal it well.
Cut the formed roller at a distance of 3-4 cm, turn the filling up.
Place the remaining fish in the center, top with peppers and tomatoes.
Put cheese on tomatoes and peppers, sprinkle with herbs. And turn on the oven 180 degrees. Let the fish pie sit on the stove for 10 minutes, and then put the open pie in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
