Open juices – wonderful pastries made from shortcrust pastry with curd filling. Shortbread dough according to this recipe is very easy to prepare from softened butter, and it turns out to be perfect. And the most delicate curd cream complements it perfectly. Juice just melt in your mouth!

  • Butter – 180 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 120 g
  • Wheat flour – 330-350 g
  • Baking dough – 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt – 1 pinch

For filling:

  • Cottage cheese 5% – 400 g
  • Sugar – 120 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour (if necessary) – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. We prepare products. We get the oil out of the refrigerator in advance, it should be soft.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder. We mix.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to the softened butter.
  4. Beat with a mixer for a couple of minutes.
  5. We break the egg into a butter mass, continue to beat.
  6. Pour flour in parts. First, beat with a mixer, then quickly knead the dough with your hands.
  7. Shortcrust pastry is soft, elastic, not sticky.We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  8. We take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it into a layer 7-8 mm thick. We turn on the oven, heat it up to 200 degrees.

  14. We send the baking sheet to the preheated oven for 20 minutes. If your oven supports convection, turn it on during the last 5-7 minutes of baking.
