Ingredients

  • Flour – 250 g

  • Chicken fillet – 330 g
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 250 g
  • Onions – 180 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 14 pcs.
  • Salt, black pepper.

To fill:

  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Cream (33%) – 300 ml.

Directions

  1. Let’s make the dough. Sift flour into a bowl and grate margarine into it on a coarse grater. Add egg, salt, and water. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Let’s prepare the filling. Chop the onion into small cubes and save it in vegetable oil. Add thinly sliced ​​mushrooms to it. Season with salt, pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, remove and refrigerate. Cut it into small cubes and add to the mushrooms. Just stir, the filling is ready. Let’s prepare the fill. Pour cream into a bowl and grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Combine cheese and cream. Stir. The fill is ready. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a layer. Transfer the layer to the mold. You do not need to lubricate it. A pie pan needs a size of 24 cm.
  5. Shape the dough into bumpers. Cut the edge neatly with a curly knife. Press the cuttings along the bottom of the mold. Put the filling in the prepared form. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them with the cut side down on the filling. Fill on top with fill.
  6. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 * for 40 minutes. Focus on your oven! The dough and the top of the cake should be browned.
