  • Orange – 3 medium pcs.
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Flour – 200 g
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Almonds – 55 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Baking soda – 6 g
  • Salt – 3 g

Cream:

  • Orange juice – 200 ml
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Corn starch – 25 g

  1. Grate the zest of 3 oranges on a fine grater.
  2. Squeeze the juice and take out the pulp.
  3. Shred the orange pulp in the chopper.

  4. Grind the almonds in the chopper.
  5. Whisk the butter with sugar until a fluffy white mass.
  6. Add the eggs, one by one, and whisk.
  7. Add the whipped butter, zest, almonds, pulp. Mix all together with a mixer.

  8. Add the flour and mix.
  9. Add the baking soda and salt and mix. The dough is done.
  10. Place the dough in a baking dish and put it in the oven preheated up to 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
  11. Strain the orange juice, put it on the stove, bring it to a boil.
  12. Whip the sugar, starch, eggs in a separate bowl. As soon as the juice begins to boil, pour the egg mixture into a thin stream. Make a custard.
  13. Cool the cream and the cake. Cut the cake in the middle.
  14. Put the cream on the bottom and cover it with the top half.
