Orange and Amaretto Curd Dessert

Ingredients

• 250 g quark
• 150 g natural yourt
• 30 ml amaretto
• Sugar, ad libitum
• 100 g ladyfiners, (spone finers)
• 1 orange (s), the juice, possibly 2
• 20 ml amaretto

Instructions

1. Mix the quark, yoghurt + amaretto until creamy.
2. Mix the orange juice and amaretto, break the ladyfingers into small pieces, distribute 1/3 of the cream on dessert cups, dip half the amount of the ladyfingers in the juice and pour onto the cream, repeat again and finish with the cream if there is still some orange juice left , then pour this over the desserts.
