Ingredients
- 1 liter tea, black
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 lemon (s), organic, juice + zest
- 1 passion fruit (s)
- Sugar, browner to taste
- Ice cubes
- possibly mineral water

- Mix the tea and orange juice together, add the lemon zest or zest, the lemon juice and brown sugar to taste. Halve the passion fruit and remove the pulp, add to the tea and let everything steep in the refrigerator. Serve with ice cubes.
- If you prefer the iced tea a little fresher and lighter, add some sparkling mineral water. The choice of fruit components can be interchanged according to taste, so you can also use peach or melon pieces instead of the passion fruit pulp.
