  • 2 orange (s)
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper, black
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and add to the bowl with the sesame oil and pepper. Add the garlic clove either pressed or cut as finely as possible.
  2. Peel the oranges and cut the individual orange segments into pieces and add to the salad. Mix well.
  3. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and take out small pieces with a spoon and add. Stir gently again.
  4. Tip: The salad gets better if you let it steep a little longer.
