Ingredients

  • 25 g butter, liquid
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 25 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 15 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough and chill for approx. 2 hours.
  2. Then spread the mixture thinly on the middle of a baking paper and pull this onto a baking sheet. Place on the middle shelf in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 4 to 12 minutes.
  3. The time depends on how thick the mass is applied. When it is golden brown, take it out of the oven immediately, remove it from the tray with the paper and let it cool down.
  4. Then place the brittle plate on kitchen paper to soak up the fat. Then break into any pieces and store them in a can in layers for further use. Put a piece of kitchen paper between each layer.
