Ingredients
- 3 nectarine (s)
- 1 mango (s)
- 150 g Parma ham
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper, coarsely ground
- 3 stalks basil, leaves cut into strips
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard, coarse
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 3 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)

- First the dressing is mixed: mix all the ingredients together.
- Wash, peel and cut the mango and nectarines into wedges.
- Cut the Parma ham into wide strips.
- Mix everything, pour the pepper and the basil leaf strips over it, mix in the dressing.
