  • 1 piece (s) fresh ginger
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon, streaked chamomile, dried flowers
  • 4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the orange. Cut one half into small pieces and divide into 4 cups.
  2. Cut the ginger, about 1-2 cm thick and the other half of the orange, and place in a tea filter with the chamomile. Put the vanilla sugar in the pot, pour the boiled water over it and cover with a lid. Cover the infusion and let it stand for about 10 minutes and then divide it over the 4 cups to drink.
  3. The infusion is well suited as a drink for coughs and dry coughs, if you have a cold and have to drink a lot!
