Orange – Honey Dressing

• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt, coarse
• 2 teaspoons mustard (Dijon)
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 125 ml olive oil
• Pepper, freshly ground black

Instructions

1. Mix the garlic, salt, mustard, honey and orange juice well. Slowly pour in the olive oil, beating constantly until the sauce becomes creamy. Season to taste with pepper.
