Ingredients

  • 500 ml orange juice (not from concentrate), 100% fruit
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and whip with a hand blender for 1 minute. Then put the liquid in a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, but do not bring to the boil. Let cool down.
  2. Put in prepared handle molds, silicone molds etc. and leave to freeze overnight. Makes about 10 popsicles.
  3. Also works with other fruit juices, but it has to be 100% not-from-concentrate.
