Ingredients

  • 4 orange (s), untreated
  • 50 g citric acid
  • 800 g suar
  • 8 liters water

Instructions

  1. Wash the oranges well and cut into cubes with the peel. Then put the orange cubes with the citric acid and 1 liter of water in a large saucepan and let stand overnight.
  2. The next day, place on the stove as it is and cook until the orange cubes are soft. Mix everything with a hand blender. Fill up with the sugar and the 7 liters of water and bring to the boil again.
  3. Finally, fill everything into prepared bottles and close with rubber caps while still warm.
  4. This juice is not very sweet. Very inexpensive.
