Ingredients

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 can tangerine (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack chocolate decor (chocolate sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Remove 100 ml from 1 liter of orange juice. Boil 900 ml of juice with 150 g of sugar (possibly more or less, as required). Mix 3 packets of vanilla pudding powder in 100 ml of orange juice and add to the boiling orange juice and stir with a whisk. Let simmer for about 2 minutes and take off the stove.
  2. Stir again and again until cool.
  3. Beat 2 cups of cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold into the cold orange pudding. Then fill in small glass bowls and decorate with orange mandarin rabbits and chocolate ornaments and let set in the refrigerator until serving.
  4. Possibly omit the mandarins and stir the chocolate chips into the cream, it also tastes very tasty. Can be prepared the day before and can also be prepared with other types of juice.
