Ingredients

  • 200 g butter, or mararine
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 orange (s)
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 2 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon milk
  • Orange (n), sliced, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve onto the egg mixture and stir in briefly. Grease a springform pan (26 cm diameter) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (convection 150 degrees) for 25 - 30 minutes. Let the cake cool in the tin for about 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the oranges, measure out 200 ml of juice. Overturn the cake and drizzle with the juice. Let cool down. Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice. Add milk and mix everything into a thick pouring. Spread the icing on the cake and let it run down a little on the edge. Let it set in the refrigerator. Decorate the cake with orange slices.
