Delicate, tasty cake with a pronounced citrus aroma will cheer you up. Plus, you don’t need a lot of food to make an orange pie.
Ingredients
Oranges – 3-4 pcs.
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 200 ml
Sugar – 300-350 g
Flour – 250 g
Baking powder – 8 g (1 pack)
Directions
Remove the zest from one orange.
Squeeze 200 ml of juice from oranges.
Beat eggs with sugar until white foam, adding sugar little by little, until sugar dissolves completely.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder. Add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
We also send a mixture of eggs with sugar there, bring it to a homogeneous consistency.
Add orange zest to the dough.
We also send orange juice into the dough.
The dough is quite liquid. Pour it into a mold (if you have a split mold, we recommend covering it with parchment paper). We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 55 minutes (until a dry match).
When the cake is baked, take it out of the oven, cool it and only then take it out of the mold. Decorate the cake with icing sugar and fresh oranges.
