Ingredients

  • 3 sheets gelatin
  • 2 cups yogurt, 00 g each
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 orange (s), untreated, juice and zest it

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, quark and sugar together. Soak the gelatin in water. Squeeze out and dissolve in warm orange juice. First add a little quark mixture and stir well, then add this to the rest of the quark mixture while stirring. Mix in the finely grated orange peel.
  2. Fill into glasses and let set in the refrigerator.
