  • Oranges – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cream 10% – 95 g
  • Butter – 50 g + for greasing the mold
  • Flour – 180 g + for sprinkling the mold
  • Sugar – 240 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Baking dough – 5 g
  • Potato starch – 1 teaspoon

  1. Melt the butter and cool. Turn on and preheat the oven.
    Beat 3 eggs with 200 g of sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the zest of 2 oranges. Pour in 95 g of cream (10%). Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 180 g sifted flour, 5 g (1 teaspoon) baking powder.

  6. Add 50 g melted butter (NOT HOT). Mix.
  7. Pour the dough into a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  8. Bake the orange muffin in the oven preheated to 160 ° C for 50-60 minutes.

  9. Pour freshly squeezed juice of 2 oranges into a saucepan, add 40 g of sugar and 1 teaspoon of potato starch.
