  • orange – 1 Piece
  • sugar – 150 Grams
  • Vanillin – 2 Teaspoons
  • Margarine or plum butter – 150 Grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
  • Flour – 200-250 Grams

Orange Muffins Instructions

  1. Remove the zest from the orange (using a special knife, or grate).
  2. Squeeze orange juice (should make about 50-70 ml)
  3. Grind butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Add eggs, stir.
  5. Add orange juice and zest, stir.
  6. Add flour, baking powder, knead not tough dough.
  7. Put the dough in tins greased with vegetable or butter (fill the tins 2/3). Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
