Instructions

  1. Put the oatmeal, flaxseed and chia seeds in a sealable can or a jam / mason jar, then squeeze the orange and add the juice. The liquid should give about twice as much mass as the flakes and seeds, as these will still open. If there is not enough juice, you can squeeze out an orange or add a little water.
  2. Now cut the strawberries and add them to the flakes. I like to cut strawberries and also Galia melon and mango, freeze them and add a handful of them to the flake-orange mixture in the evening. Close the jar or jar and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next morning I just add the yoghurt and cut myself a fresh banana, and if I like, pear, apples and grapes on top.
  4. Either you enjoy it immediately, or you take the can / glass with you to the office and enjoy it a little later.
  5. The oats are rich in fiber, which stimulates digestion and fat burning, and they keep you full for a long time. The fruit makes your breakfast so sweet that you don`t have to add extra sugar.
