- 1 liter orange juice
- Orange juice, fresher, to fill up

- First pour the orange juice into a bowl, then place the bowl in the freezer. Stir with a spoon every twenty minutes until the slush has a nice consistency, that is, until it is half frozen (if the slush is the right consistency, it will be reminiscent of sticky orange snow).
- Divide into glasses with a spoon and fill up with fresh orange juice as desired.
