Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 225 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the filling:

  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g natural yourt

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk and salt and line a cake tin with it. Pull the dough up on the edge. Poke holes in the dough with a fork and then bake it for 20 minutes at 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Just before the end of the baking time, put 250 ml of orange juice, butter and sugar together in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 60 ml of juice, 2 egg yolks and 2 eggs until there are no more lumps. Then stir the pudding mixture into the hot juice and bring to the boil again. Now fold in the yoghurt and distribute everything on the shortcrust pastry base.
  3. Now just let the cake cool down.
