Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 orange (s), the grated zest them

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 200 g chocolate couverture, dark, for dippin

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy, gradually stir in the orange peel, orange flavor and eggs. Sieve in the starch and flour and mix everything well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle and squirt strips in the form of ladyfingers (about 4 cm long) onto a greased baking sheet.
