Ingredients

  • 5 large elderflower umbels
  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Bring the elderflower umbels to the boil with orange juice, allow to cool. Strain through a cloth and add the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. If the gelation test is ok, pour into glasses rinsed with boiling water, close while still hot and place on the lid for 5 minutes.
