Instructions

  1. Chop the cookies. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy and then add the cream cheese. Also add the sifted flour and the mixed baking powder. Fold in the biscuits except for 1 tablespoon.
  2. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour. I put the dough in the freezer, this makes it easier to work with.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls - a sticky affair, but it`s worth it - and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving enough space so that the balls still run.
  4. I get about 30 cookies out of the dough. The dia of the balls varies between 2.5 and 3 cm for me.
  5. Bake the biscuits at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) for a total of 10 - 12 minutes. After about half the time, take the tray out of the oven and spread the leftover biscuits on top.
  6. Put the tray back in the oven and finish baking the biscuits. When the edge of the cookies begins to turn brown, they are done. They are then still soft, but harden a little when they cool down.
  7. If you make the balls bigger and increase the baking time accordingly, cookies become very tasty cookies.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
