Ingredients

  • 115 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 85 g powdered suar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 120 g flour
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 1 packet biscuit (s), (Oreos), crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (top / bottom heat). Grease the baking pan (20x20cm).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then mix in the sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. The mixture should cook for 1 minute, then you put the saucepan aside and let the butter-sugar mixture cool down for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl with the mixer. Sift flour and cocoa powder into a second bowl, add salt and stir well. Now put the eggs in the third, larger bowl, whisk them well. Then add the butter-sugar mixture and stir well.
  4. Roughly fold in the flour mixture and mix in the crushed oreo biscuits.
  5. Spread half of the Oreo mixture in the baking pan, add the cream cheese mixture and then the second half of the Oreo mixture again. Swirl through all three layers with a knife to create a beautiful pattern. Bake at 175 ° C for 25-30 minutes. If the mixture turns too brown, cover it with aluminum foil.
  6. Let cool before cutting. Also suitable for freezing.
