• 2 packs biscuit (oreo)
• 250 g quark
• 75 g powdered suar
• 100 g cream cheese
• 300 ml cream
• 2 packs cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)

Instructions

1. Freeze the biscuits 1 day before preparation. Grind the frozen biscuits in the Thermomix finely or coarsely depending on your taste.
2. Mix the quark, powdered sugar and cream cheese together well. Whip the cream. Mix the paradise cream according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the quark mixture with paradise cream and fold in the cream.
3. Now alternately layer the cream with the ground biscuits in a glass bowl, starting with a layer of cream and ending with a layer of biscuits.
