Ingredients

  • Curd – 300 Grams
  • Cookies “Oreo” – 15 Pieces
  • Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Flour – 4-5 Art. spoons
  • Sugar – 4-6 Art. spoons
  • Vanilla Sugar – To taste
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. To make an inverted pie, take chicken eggs, sugar, salt, flour, cottage cheese, cookies, vanilla sugar.
  2. Place cottage cheese in a bowl. You can take any cottage cheese with a fat content of 4-9%. I do not recommend taking fat-free “zero”. Better to take less bold, but not “zero”. The food should be delicious.
  3. Add chicken eggs and vanilla sugar to the curd.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and 5-6 tablespoon. tablespoons of granulated sugar, 4-5 tablespoon. tablespoons of wheat flour.
  5. Grind everything with an immersion blender until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, you can do this with a sieve.
  6. Line a baking dish with parchment. Grease the walls of the mold with butter.
  7. Place the Oreo cookies on the bottom of the dish.
  8. Chop a few cookies and add to the dough.
  9. Put the curd mass on the cookies. Distribute.
  10. Shake the mold so that the mass lies evenly, but you must not move the cookies on the bottom of the mold.
  11. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pie in the oven for about 40 minutes.
